Bodybuilding is about little projects and plans, each of which is aimed at taking us to the next step.  If you climb a slope, eventually you will slide back down.  Take steps and you can walk to the moon.
Each project needs to be planned and then executed with military precision.  There are strategies that have to be adopted no matter what the plan.  These are taken care of in the first section of this product guide.

The means that no matter what plan you use you must have a fundamentally sound diet with plenty of protein.  I would add to this list of absolute essentials.

I would never allow my supplement regime to fall below this bare minimum.  If I was starting a project as soon as the workouts get hard I would add in The Scavenger post workout and Species 849 pre workout.  If budget is a problem Species 849 can be applied to your weakest body part only.
The rest of the strategies depend on what goals you have set yourself and how you intend achieving them.  If you find that you are losing focus or power during a workout use Panspermia.  If you struggle getting enough food down use Ice and add Cerberus to your drinks and meals.  If you want to build in more meals add in some Mutant 2.  You have options to stimulate growth which you may also consider.  If you feel under the weather or are coming off a hard cycle then you may use The Decontaminator or LIV 365.

THE WORKOUT STRATEGY

Post workout had been covered and there is no dispute the post workout nutritional window is the most important meal of the day.  However, there are a number of things that we can do to further enhance that post workout opportunity.  As well as that we can, if we know what we are doing, boost the intensity of our workouts.

The good thing about training is that doing it stimulates body growth through various biochemical mechanisms.  The bad thing about training is as soon as you do more than your system can handle it has the opposite effect and you produce a biochemical state that breaks down muscle.

The trick is to stay in the anabolic state as long as possible but never to trigger the catabolic state because at that instant all of our hard work is wasted.

Therefore, we have a few specialised supplements specifically targeted at doing just that.  Two of them, Species 849 and Panspermia, are the highest specification products in the Biohazard range.
